Went for warranty repair with my motorbike, they came back to me that they are unable to remove fuel tank because of striped bolt so they didn't proceed with the repair. After check at home, I was able to remove it in less than 5 minutes, no stripped bolt or any other issue! With this, they order the faulty part that was causing problems with my motorbike, telling me that they will contact me once the part arrives. It has been almost 2 months now, part never arrived, nobody ever called. Went to ask for the part twice, their excuse is delivery delay... Anyway, I ordered the part online and was delivered in 3 days. This place is to avoid, the after market service is as poor as it can be.....
